Burcu Kılıçlı was born on June 16, 1998, in Ankara, Turkey. She completed her primary education at Dedeman Primary School and graduated from Ayrancı High School, Department of Information Technologies.
From an early age, she combined academic discipline with athletic achievement. She began professional swimming at 13 and earned her athlete license. She later obtained licenses in kickboxing and modern pentathlon, and also received professional horse riding training. Her competitive sports background strengthened her discipline, resilience, and performance-driven mindset.
